A Walk for M.E is walking for Mental Health and Education.
Studies have indicated that walking (and other forms of cardiovascular exercise) can benefit individuals dealing with a range of mental health battles, such as anxiety, or agoraphobia. So, grab your Fall fitness attire, and step out for JECF's "A Walk for M.E." (and you)!
